Rose accepts a âfriendship ringâ from new boyfriend, Miles. As Rose tells the other girls, she suddenly believes her late husband, Charlie, is communicating with her through fruit salad, and how she shouldnât accept the ring. Dorothy writes a letter to her late father to try and let out some built-up emotions. After Sophia claims to be possessed by Charlie to scam Rose into twenty dollars, Rose decides she needs to break up with Miles. After Sophia admits of her actions, Rose gives Miles another chance and asks for the ring back. Meanwhile, Stevie tells Blanche that they have to breakup because he has to go to Japan for baseball.
