Paco Ortiz is one of the orderlies in the hospital. Together with Jack he works on floor Three West. He is portrayed by the actor Carlos Lacamara.
Personality[]
He loves to gossip about colleagues. When it comes to himself he likes to brag about things that aren't him, like dream jobs or dream dates. He was born in Cuba where his uncle still resides. After fighting for three years straight trying to convince the Cuban government to allow his uncle to travel to the United States in 1991 he seemed to have found help in a criminal that was submitted to Three West. After struggling with the choice of whether or not joining Eddie's criminal ways in exchange for his help Paco decided he did not want to risk breaking the law.

He once had a girlfriend. A part from that after a little crush on colleaque nurse Gina, in 1993 he had flirts with colleaque nurse Julie but it never really picked up.
