Oliver Webb is the foster child of Roland Wilson in The Golden Palace. Oliver appeared in episodes 1-6, 11 and 14 of the series. His mother Paula appears in episode 14 ("Runaways") to reclaim custody of him.

He is portrayed by Billy L. Sullivan.

Personality and Characteristics[]

Oliver is a sweet, unassuming kid, bringing a new dynamic to the table for the Girls. He is shown to be willing to help around the Golden Palace hotel, although it can be assumed he only handles smaller, more dynamic tasks due to his age. He holds a high respect for Roland, Chuy, and The Girls, recognizing them each as strong role models in their own ways. While mostly innocent, Oliver, like most kids, is driven by the wants and desires of his young age, such as asking Roland and others for tickets to see a female wrestling show. Despite this, Oliver is never shown to have any sort of malicious intent, even in a child-like sense, hinting that he has been well-parented by Roland and the others.

Oliver is also shown to be decently emotionally intelligent for his age, and is not prone to typical misbehavior, tantrums, nor the like. When his mother reclaims custody of him, despite not seeing his exit, it is known that Oliver leaves a letter for Blanche, who had missed the chance to say goodbye, illustrating his care for his guardians and friends, and strengthening the maturity of his character.
