Douglas "Doug" Hollingsworth is the husband of Clayton "Clay" Louis Hollingsworth.
He works as a policeman and loves Clayton very much.

At first, she was upset when Clayton told her they were getting married, but she eventually (after ensuring that Doug will be a loving partner to her brother) accepts it.
