Billy L. Sullivan (born May 24, 1980) appeared as Oliver Webb, the foster son of Roland Wilson, the manager of The Golden Palace Hotel, in the spinoff series The Golden Palace. Billy is perhaps best known for his performances in the films Something So Right (1996), 1492: Conquest of Paradise (1992) and Little Big League (1994). Billy also appeared as "Stash" in the 2005 film Dirty Deeds. In 2008, he produced the teen drama film Faded Memories. Billy is also the brother of actor Michael Sullivan.
