Annie Roland is one of the main characters in the NBC sitcom Nurses. A commanding presence and opinionated leader, Annie is the level-headed, solid boss for Floor 3 West, whether she was advising Sandy on her latest relationship woes, keeping Jack Trenton in line, or going head-to-head with Casey MacAfee.
Annie appeared in all three seasons of Nurses. She is portrayed by Arnetia Walker.

Annie is known for her witty comments and has a way with difficult patients. Even as head nurse, Annie can run into a snag she doesn't know how to face. Luckily Dr. Riskin has enough experience to help her through such circumstances.
